Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, returns are generally not accepted once a product has been opened or used.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchange or Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
The request must be made within the specified time period
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened fragrances
Used products
Items returned after the allowed time period
Exchange Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange or replacement accordingly.
